Our Team

Crystal is our front desk and scheduling coordinator. She is the friendly face that you see when you first walk through the door. Patients depend on her to assist them with facilitation of appointment scheduling and providing treatment plans. Crystal loves reading and treasures every moment she gets to spend with her children. In her free time, she enjoys baking, and she’s always on the lookout for the perfect chocolate chip cookie recipe to try with her family.

Sarah is our dedicated lead dental assistant. She can be found working alongside Dr. Elkhal during root canal procedures and is committed to providing a sanitized, efficient, and friendly atmosphere for each patient. Outside of work, Sarah loves to read books. In her free time, she also teaches colorguard, where she enjoys sharing her skills, encouraging students, and helping them build confidence through teamwork and performance.

Lena is our dedicated insurance coordinator, where she enjoys helping patients understand their benefits and making the insurance as smooth as possible. She loves snowboarding and volleyball along with the great outdoors. Lena loves spending her free time exploring the beautiful Pacific Northwest, making unforgettable memories with her husband and two daughters.

Roula is our office manager and billing specialist, where she plays an essential role in keeping everything organized and running efficiently. Roula works behind the scenes, billing insurance and making sure everything runs smoothly in the financial department. She is a true team player who is always ready to support both the staff and patients with a positive attitude. Outside of work, Roula loves spending quality time with her husband and three children, Zayna, Joey, and Anna. She also enjoys traveling to new places, baking and craft.
